Reznikov says next Ukraine Defense Contact Group meeting will take place on July 18

Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov stated this in a column for the LIGA.net news site, Ukrinform reports.

"Let me remind you that for every type of foreign weapons that have been at the front for a long time, I first heard 'No, this will not happen, this is impossible.' In fact, this is possible, but in due time and subject to our perseverance. On July 18, we will continue to do the impossible at the next meeting in the Ramstein format," Reznikov said.

In a phone call on July 6, Reznikov and U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin discussed a Ukrainian counteroffensive and preparations for the next meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group.
